They all look awesome, and I agree that not being directly on the ocean is fine. Not a big deal to walk a bit. I like the Oceans 10, and the nursery would be convenient for us, although we certainly won't need a crib at that point so if someone else does.... ;)
The Black Pearl looks really nice too. But geez, they all look nice!!
I vote Black Pearl and then the Beach Whale. I love the fact that they all of elevators! It makes it so much easier for Dad...and Fred...and me!
